As an alumni of IHM Lucknow, Mr.Dharmender Singh has strong roots in the hospitality sector. His talent and passion for F&B helped him get selected as a management trainee in Carlson Group of Hotels and has since never looked back. Having worked across the country with brands such as Radisson MBD Noida, Radisson blu Mahipalpur, Kebab Factory. Park Plaza Gurgaon and Clarks Groups of Hotels. He has also shown constant endeavor to help the management with constructive ideas for overall improvement and marketing plan in all aspects of operation. During his years in the hospitality industry, Singh has always made sure that all the guests leave the Restaurant highly satisfied with the food & beverages. He also specializes in pre-opening kitchen, designing and equipment. His specialization is in Garde - Manger and Indian kebabs and curries stand out. After his 2-year stint at Clarks Group where he was responsible for all aspects of Kitchen management including monitoring food production and aesthetic presentation of food and beverages, he took the entrepreneurial plunge with his own restaurants named The Ancient Barbeque and Smoked Biryani House.Close

Mr. Vipan Kumar is an alumni of IHM Pusa, New Delhi. In his career spanning more than 2 decades, he has rendered his services to prestigious names like Zaika authentic Indian restaurant chain, Radisson Group Of Hotels, The Great Kebab Factory, Park Plaza - Gurgaon, Select hotels and Resorts. His core area of expertise is Indian Kebab and Curries. Kumar specializes in pre opening, kitchen designing and equipment. Currently, he owns 2 restaurants, namely The Ancient Barbeque and Smoked Biryani House.
